Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of this website and any services provided by Sitehaus ("Sitehaus", "we", "us"). By using this website or our services, you agree to these Terms. If you become a client, your signed service agreement also applies; if the two conflict, the service agreement controls.

1. Our services

Sitehaus provides website design, hosting and maintenance, search engine optimization (SEO), AI search optimization, Google Business Profile management, booking page setup and review tools for businesses, as described on our services and pricing pages. The specific services you receive are those in your chosen plan and service agreement.

2. No guaranteed results

We do not guarantee any particular search ranking, placement on Google Maps, mention in AI-generated answers, website traffic, number of calls or leads, bookings, reviews or revenue. Search engines and AI tools are controlled by third parties who change their systems without notice. Please read our Results Disclaimer.

3. Plans, billing and cancellation

Plans are billed monthly in advance at the prices shown when you sign up or as stated in your service agreement. Prices on this website are subject to change. Plans have a minimum term of six months, and a one-time setup fee of $499 applies unless you commit to a 12-month term. Payment terms, late payments and cancellation are set out in your service agreement.

4. Your content and responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the information, images, logos and other material you provide, and you confirm you have the right to use it. You are responsible for the claims you make about your business, your licensing and insurance, and compliance with laws that apply to your industry. We may refuse to publish content we believe is unlawful, misleading or infringing.

5. Reviews

We help clients request reviews from real customers. We do not write, purchase or fabricate reviews, and you agree not to ask us to. You agree to follow Google's review policies.

6. Third-party services

Our services rely on third parties such as hosting providers, domain registrars, Google, and booking tools like Cal.com, Calendly or Google Calendar. We are not responsible for their outages, policy changes, pricing or decisions, including suspension of a Google Business Profile.

7. Uptime

We work to keep client websites online and monitor them for outages, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

8. Intellectual property

Content on this website belongs to Sitehaus unless stated otherwise. Ownership of client websites, designs, content and domains is set out in each client's service agreement.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sitehaus is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data or business opportunities. Our total liability for any claim relating to our website or services is limited to the amount you paid us in the three (3) months before the claim arose.

10. Disclaimer of warranties

This website and our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, except as expressly stated in a signed service agreement.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Bonneville County, Idaho, unless your service agreement says otherwise.
